Not rally a comment here but I see something that must be stopped.. The GATOR SCRIPT has disappeared from our helmets. The new ‘F’ is awful and is only to sell some gear at the expense of our tradition and history. All who agree with this please write the Athletic Assoc. and anyone else you can think of who may be willing to stop this sellout. Write your local sports page etc. Thanks and The Gator Nation needs your help to stop this sell out for ‘30 pieces of silver’, isn’t our history and tradition worth so much more

Obviously, my two cents worth are meaningless, but,

If they are looking for a backup if the el primo guys go down, why not focus on a 2 year college grad? Maybe someone who can punt or placekick?

When you have outstanding 5star recruits at a given position, you need a bunch of role players with interchangeable skills to support them. For example, it is sad when you see a team loose because, suddenly, they realize they don’t have anyone left who can kick a field goal from the 15 yard line.

Seems like these dual threat QBs can’t throw – a la Terrelle Pryor, and now Jordan Reed. I’d like to see us find more John Brantley’s, guys that can play at college and the next level. Was hoping Loeffler would have more influence on bringing passing QBs into UF.

Jeffrey Godfree of Miami has great numbers for high school but at the college level, there are very few Quarterbacks that make it with his height. With the big offensive linemen and defensive linemen the taller quarterbacks have the best vision.
