Edward, could you at some point explain what a silent commitment is and why some players choose that way of commiting?

Now, more than ever, the Gators need a STRONG finish in recruiting. A bad finish like last year will set the program back another 2 years. With the talented players we have returning next year, we should be competitive in the East.

I beg to differ with the comment about a bad finish last year. We lost Greg Reid due to so much depth on defense and the violations that UT pulled behind the scenes to get Knukeese, which of course turned out as a blessing in disguise for us. Other than those two, that was it, so what bad finish are you referring to TampaDave? It was still a top 10 class and top 5 by ESPN and those kinds of classes don’t set you back at all. We are currently in the reloading stage of Meyers tenure at Florida. We are not going backwards and to think we are is just plain uninformed.
