Hopefully they offer Wilkerson from North Marion soon. He is the same type of hard nosed, tough, physical player that Pittman is. Those boys from Marion County play with chips on thier shoulders and like to mix it up. They are small town kids with big dreams that back down from nobody. Lets get some toughness on the field, recruit these kids. Go Gators

Lets hear it for these ex-Noth Marion Colts and future Florida Gators… Time to show the SEC what this Marion County Northside Pride is all about! Go Gators!

It would be interesting to know why top targets like Hargreaves, Tunsil and Cooley are not going to make it. Also I do not see RB Henry has that ship sailed? Are these guys at other programs?

Cooper Bateman has an offer from UF as well, he is pretty close with Pease and Scout has been doing articles on him all week as he visits Bama, LSU, Auburn, and Florida. They all have offered. The kid can play, look at his Elite 11 highlights. Hopefully a Gator commit soon

Tunsil and Kublanow are not coming as originally planned, but the Gators are still in great shape for them. I’ve never been able to go get a hold of Hargreaves or Coley, but I’ve been told they aren’t attending. Some kids just can’t come for various reasons (transportation, previous plans, etc.). It doesn’t always reflect their interest in UF, as is the case with them. The Gators currently lead for both Hargreaves and Coley. As for Henry, Florida already has its two RBs for this class so don’t expect to hear much from him. He’s solid on his UGA commitment, and the Gators were never really sold on him at RB.

You have to be impressed with the pipeline that Coach Muschamp is putting together. 2015 recruiting prospects, WOW! I hope Gator Nation will be patient because Muschamp is rebuilding the foundation of our football program.

Take a look around, you will see a great beginning to a program being built from both lines out. Coach Muschamp, given time will build a S.E.C. POWER HOUSE! GREAT ADMINISTRATION, GREAT STAFF, GREAT RECRUITS, GREAT SCHOOL and a GRATEFUL GATOR NATION!
IT’S SO GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR! GO GATORS!

Muschamp is a solid recruiter, but he’s a bad head coach.

The last two coaches have all but killed the fan intrest about the spring game .that plus the the two back to back worse offenses that the gators have ever had ,gave lead to the least amount if buzz for the game I’ve seen in the fifty plus years of following the gators .unless your a bull gator with bug bucks all they want is for you to show up on Saturday don’t complain about the horrible play the last two years ,and yes raise the price of tickets .before we were the gator nation the fans were an important part of the puzzle .now it’s show up shut up and give us more money

I’m 100 percent behind the players but this staff has alot to prove before I can trust we are moving in the right direction.right now it’s another coach that is learning on the job like zook.I hope that the addition if peace gives us a chance .last year we saw players like gilly and Hines under utilized and the worst passing game in the history of gator football .it looks like he is trying to build a Georgia team if the 90s good defense but poor offense .you can’t win trying to play 17 14 games all year .florida is known for fast players and an aggressive offense that tries to score everytime they get it .not just move the chains field position avoid losing offense we saw last year.with all the recruites in attendance I hope we open it up

Hi …I agree with Mike scott…..All this talk about being like BAMA!
Yuk…I dont ever want to be like Bama….They are boring!
    AKA 9-6 Vs LSU!
We are known for our High Flying Offenses with decent defense! We are known for the 45 Pt per game average of Mr Spurrier and Natl Champ win of 52-20!!!!!! We killed every team we played becasue they had NO Clue where the ball was going!!!!!
Same for Urban Meyer….He brought the spread and Tim Tebow to the SEC…We killed and won 2 and almost a 3rd Natl Champ in 6 years with an ungodly run thru the SEC… I want that type of killer Offense that is fun…..Like Spurrier said long ago….Score early and often and take the Refs and the Opposition out of the game !!!
I love that philosophy…..I will take an Offense that totally makes a defense clueless over one that tries to win 9-6!!! Go Gators
    Bob in Jupiter……

If we are wanting to be like BAMA , who does Bama want to be like? That is a ridiculous assertion. We had a difficult season last year for MANY reasons. 1) Adjusting to a new offense 2) Inexperienced O-line 3)Grossly undersized RB’s for that style of offense.4)Starting receivers who had to adjust to being route runners and not perimeter blockers first. 5) And finally and most importantly , Weiss was looking for a job while coaching these kids.I do not believe he was totally focused on UF and it showed. He would stick to his ” scripted” plays and when he finally did adjust it was a very slight variation of the same telegraphed formations. Please stop this …………there is much to be excited about this year! Go Gators!!!!!

@Mike Scott. I disagree with most everything you wrote. However, the absence of Hines last year is a mystery to me as well. He is the essence of a ” go to ” receiver. Great hands and strong frame , very dependable. I will go back to saying , Weiss was in FULL control of the offense. Muschamp let him run it his way. Well…….I was unimpressed with that! Weiss failed to utilize personnel and adjust the play calling to exploit the opposing defense. Glad he is gone , I like Pease , he ran a great offense at Boise.
