Florida will have nine official visitors this weekend for the football banquet, and all are Gator commitments.

Here are the recruits scheduled to be on hand for the event:

RB Kelvin Taylor, 5-11, 214, Belle Glade, Fla./Glades Day
WR Ahmad Fulwood, 6-4, 189, Jacksonville, Fla./Bishop Kenny
DT Caleb Brantley, 6-3, 295, Crescent City, Fla./Crescent City
DL Joey Ivie, 6-4, 270, Dade City, Fla./Pasco
DE Jordan Sherit, 6-5, 234, Tampa, Fla./Hillsborough
LB Daniel McMillian, 6-3, 220, Jacksonville, Fla./First Coast
LB Quinton Powell, 6-2, 200, Daytona Beach, Fla./Mainland
CB Vernon Hargreaves III, 5-11, 185, Tampa, Fla./Wharton
S Nick Washington, 6-0, 183, Jacksonville, Fla./Trinity Christian

Florida’s two remaining commits in the FHSAA playoffs — Gainesville receiver Chris Thompson and Tallahassee Lincoln linebacker James Hearns — are unable to attend the banquet and will officially visit at a later date, as will running back Adam Lane (Winter Haven, Fla./Winter Haven), receiver Alvin Bailey commit (Seffner, Fla./Armwood) and safety commit Keanu Neal (Bushnell, Fla./South Sumter).

Receiver Marqui Hawkins (Columbus, Ga./Carver) and defensive lineman commit Antonio Riles (Lawrenceville, Ga./Archer) cannot make it as planned because they to take the ACT on Saturday. Five-star defensive tackle Montravius Adams (Vienna, Ga./Dooly County) had considered coming for his UF official this weekend, but he also has his ACT and will not be visiting any colleges. With Adams off the agenda, it looks like the Gators won’t have any 2013 uncommitted official visitors for the banquet.

However, they are hosting 2014 quarterback Will Grier (Davidson, N.C./Davidson Day) and 2014 cornerback Duke Dawson (Cross City, Fla./Dixie County). Florida leads for both prospects, who have said they want to make their decisions as soon as possible. There’s a good chance that this weekend could speed up the process for them, even if they don’t commit while in Gainesville.
