Florida’s annual recruiting showcase, Friday Night Lights, begins July 21 in Gainesville, and confirmed attendees are beginning to trickle out.
With the report that five-star signal caller and Gators target Justin Fields plans to attend Alabama’s “Champions Cookout” on the same date, Florida will have an opportunity to evaluate another top talent in the 2018 class.
Five-star QB Matt Corral, the nation’s No. 2 rated pro-style quarterback by 247Sports, is expected to attend Friday Night Lights in Gainesville.

Corral de-committed from the University of Southern California on June 17, and the Georgia Bulldogs soon became the favorite to land the Long Beach, California, native. He’ll visit Georgia for an unofficial visit July 26.
Stay tuned next week for a full breakdown of FNL attendees.
