Florida’s 2018 class picked up its second verbal commitment in 24 hours from a highly recruited tight end. Dante Lang, a 6-foot-5, 220-pounder from Boca Raton High, verbally committed to the Gators and coach Jim McElwain on Friday. 5* QB Justin Fields to take unofficial visit Tuesday to UF

Five-star quarterback Justin Fields (Kennesaw, Ga.) is expected to arrive in Gainesville tonight for an unofficial visit, multiple sources told the Gainesville Sun. Prior to his decommitment from Penn State, Fields visited UF’s campus in for an unofficial visit. He spent the weekend in Bradenton at the NFA 7v7 National Championship. Lowndes High (Ga.) TE/OL Jalen Goss has decommitted from Florida’s 2018 class, the 6-foot-7, 250-pounder announced Wednesday on his Twitter account.
